H.I. Food Lab is a food research and consulting group.
Our food research focuses on discovering and developing organic food preparation methods that not only bring out the most flavor but also the most nutrients found within each ingredient. We study and adapt traditional and artisanal techniques which do not use artificial additives and preservatives to create flavorful, healthy foods that are more digestible and comfortable for the body. Our research includes artisanal bread-making; dairy food production; aging and curing; pickling and fermentation.
